Where are you now with yourself and how might that be
reflected as a portrait?

This workshop is a fun, experimental, creative
health experience curated by Coach Play! to build greater
self-awareness and support positive self-image and attunement,
whilst awakening your inner artist. Using playful prompts and
somatic tools Coach Play! will guide Players through an
embodied artist’s journey where they will meet different
versions of themselves through deconstructed, portrait
collage activities. Players will explore self-image concepts and
have an opportunity to create an artistic portrait that tells
their own unique story of self-acceptance.
